Mission
As a Team Leader, you carry out and oversee the work related to industrial infrastructures, notably energy rails. You operationally lead your team on site to ensure efficient, quality, and safe execution of the tasks assigned to you.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively participate in installation and fitting works: low voltage energy rails, cabling, cable trays, connections, and electrical equipment.
- Supervise, motivate, and distribute tasks within your team according to the priorities of the site.
- Adapt execution to site constraints and ensure the availability, condition, and proper use of equipment.
- Control the conformity of the work, optimize material use, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Strictly enforce safety rules, verify the use of PPE, and stop work in case of imminent danger.
- Perform measurements, report information to the site manager / works supervisor, and contribute to the administrative follow-up of the site.
- Train, support, and evaluate employees while ensuring quality, deadlines, and best practices.
Profile
- Training in electricity or building technology (electrician, locksmith, heating technician, etc.).
- Solid field experience (5 years) in high current and/or industrial infrastructures (energy rails, LV/MV).
- Proven ability to supervise a small team, communicate instructions, and maintain cohesion.
- Excellent technical skills, rigor, organizational sense, and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
- Exemplary attitude: care of equipment, respect for internal directives, safety, and company values.
- Dynamic, autonomous, constructive, and solution-oriented person.
- Driver's license.
