Department of Economic Affairs
The 4-person team of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Office is the only such office in the canton responsible for carrying out over 2,000 debt enforcement and around 25 bankruptcy proceedings. It thus covers all tasks provided for in the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act. This makes the work at the office very varied and interesting. Just right for someone who wants to build or expand solid knowledge in the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act.
The Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Office is looking for a clerk immediately or by arrangement for an 80-100% position.
Your tasks
- Telephone and counter service, such as general information, delivering debt enforcement documents, carrying out seizures in internal and external service
- Independent processing of incoming mail and requests, creating seizure documents
- Secretarial work in the bankruptcy office, correspondence with debtors and creditors, clarifications and hearings
- Participation in bankruptcy proceedings, independently handling procedures (depending on knowledge level)
- Depending on suitability, further debt enforcement and bankruptcy office activities
- Training of apprentices in our office
Your profile
- Willingness to learn, mental resilience, assertiveness
- Flexibility, team orientation, independent working
- Completed commercial basic training in public administration (advantageous)
- Great interest in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
- Experience and prior knowledge in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law or willingness to acquire this through further training and/or self-study
- Driver's license category B and own vehicle (advantageous)
