• Active participation in daily business
• Releasing setup orders
• Processing BAF, inventories, search orders, blocked items, disposal orders, returns, etc.
• Conducting inventories
• Supports and represents the team leader in their absence
• First point of contact for technical questions
• Ensures order and cleanliness on the company premises
• Clarifications and communication with other departments
• Warehouse optimizations according to the team leader's specifications
• Training and integration of new employees into the group
• Administrative tasks with our systems such as ERP (INFOR), MS Office, L-Mobile, and various internal IT programs

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• SUVA-recognized forklift license available (counterbalance, reach truck, and pallet truck)
• Proven experience as a logistics trainer
• Advanced application and handling of IT infrastructure (ERP, Microsoft Office; SAP is an advantage)
• Leadership experience desired
• Good German skills spoken and written (C1)
• Further training in logistics or leadership is an advantage
