To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, engaged in a major digital transformation, we are looking for a Product Owner in the LAA Insurance Benefits & corporate loss of earnings domain between 80 and 100%.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the business value delivered by the product, in close coordination with technical, business, and digital transformation teams.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Collect, challenge, and prioritize business needs to maximize the value produced
- Coordinate cost and benefit estimation with stakeholders
- Propose and follow a realistic, value-oriented product roadmap aligned with capacities and strategic objectives
- Maintain a clear, prioritized, and understandable backlog, taking into account technical, business, and budgetary constraints
- Ensure, in collaboration with Business Analysts, the quality of user stories so that they are clear, complete, and ready to be developed
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Monitor and analyze value creation and user satisfaction indicators
- Ensure sustainable product documentation
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints by anticipating workaround needs if necessary
- Be the ambassador of benefits management solutions with internal and external stakeholders
- Detect continuous improvement opportunities for the IT products under your responsibility
Your profile:
- Technical training in computer science (university, HES or equivalent) or equivalent experience acquired in insurance projects
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, with mastery of agile methodologies
- Experience in the field of insurance benefits or strong interest in this topic
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and English (min. level B2); knowledge of German is an asset
