The position is attached to the Real Estate Directorate (DI), which is responsible for defining a real estate portfolio strategy, developing coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, optimizing the monitoring of surfaces and future planning, while ensuring the smooth operation of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their daily tasks with constant rigor, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.
Job Description
You ensure all administrative tasks related to the management of premises rented for and by the HUG in collaboration with other service staff.
You analyze and propose optimizations (rent reductions, improvements in occupancy rates, consolidations, etc.) of premises rented for the HUG.
In this context, you participate in the creation of a standard HUG lease, modernize real estate management processes as well as standard documents.
You manage contracts of associations collaborating with the institution, particularly for its facilities.
You provide support for the commissioning of new premises and buildings and contribute significantly to the rent centralization project.
You update the mapping of the different sites, propose a site management procedure, and ensure the update of the premises referencing software.
You maintain a table of all objects rented for and by the HUG (address, occupant, financial, lease expiry, etc.).
You update the rent allocation keys based on the actual occupancy of HUG rentals on the yield portfolio, identify premises occupied by external providers, and propose appropriate solutions.
You participate in the management of institutional premises by analyzing allocation requests and proposing adapted solutions with a view to validation by the institutional commission. You facilitate and study internal reorganization projects.
Qualifications
You hold a diploma in real estate management or a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
You have solid experience in property management or technical building management.
You master building permit procedures.
You demonstrate a strong sense of organization, anticipation, and analysis.
You value service quality and customer satisfaction.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
