Company Description
The Office for Personnel and Organization of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.apo.llv.li) provides internal administrative services and is the internal competence center for personnel management. We advise and support on topics such as recruitment, organizational development, or corporate health management.
As a Specialist Employer Branding and Personnel Marketing (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies that sustainably strengthen our employer brand. You design and implement innovative measures to attract qualified professionals, inspire them for us, and retain them in the long term.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Development and implementation of strategies to strengthen our employer brand – internally and externally
- Planning and management of campaigns on the career website, in social media, and at fairs
- Close collaboration with the communication and recruiting departments
- Creation of target group-oriented content in text, image, and video
- Evaluation of relevant key figures (e.g., reach, number of applicants, brand awareness) and derivation of optimization measures
- Responsibility for the on- and off-boarding process and its continuous improvement
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized by the following for this position:
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, communication, personnel management, or comparable
- Professional experience in employer branding, personnel marketing, or HR communication
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking as well as initiative and organizational talent
