Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Possibility of Permanent Employment

Activities

Independent setup, programming, and machining of production parts
(single pieces and small series) on 5-axis CNC milling machining centers
Programming the components at the machine or on the Fanuc programming system
Independent creation and commissioning of the programs
Determination and presetting of the required tools, clamping and measuring equipment
Working according to technical drawings
Quality control of the machined parts
Support in the training of polymechanic apprentices
If needed, support of the lathe team (DMG / Mori Seiki machines with bar loader and robot
Control: Siemens Sinumeric / Caps)
Maintenance and care of the systems/machines and the associated work equipment

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic
Experience with the Fanuc programming system
Several years of professional experience
Enjoyment of complex machining and enthusiasm for the world of cutting technology
High quality awareness and commitment to process optimizations
Positive, proactive, and motivated personality with professional pride
