Unisto designs, produces, and distributes attractive presentation items worldwide for well-known brand products and manufactures high-quality security seals. We are a long-term oriented, internationally operating family business based at Lake Constance, employing about 130 people in Horn and over 600 worldwide. Our team is looking for a suitable person for the role of Technical Product Manager (a) 80-100%.
Your Tasks
- Product Responsibility: You manage selected products and are responsible for identifying and implementing potential further developments.
- Project Management: You lead and control technical customer projects and manage interdisciplinary project teams. You are responsible for strict adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards and prepare technical documents such as specifications and documentation.
- Interface Management: You work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments and act as technical support for sales and design.
- Process Optimization: You are committed to the continuous improvement of project workflows and methods within your area of influence.
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training with appropriate further education (knowledge in plastics technology is an advantage)
- Professional experience in project management in a technical environment, ideally in trade or consumer goods sector.
- Experience with CAD or technical drawings is an advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as independent and structured working style
- Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and sustainability
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Agile and digital mindset as well as a high level of resilience
