Clerk Internal Services (m/f/d)

For our administration team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and structured personality who has a flair for numbers as well as for technical processes. In this varied hub function, you ensure smooth processes in the handling of commercial transactions. You can expect a well-coordinated team as well as a versatile activity in the future-oriented and growing recycling industry.

• Creating invoices and credit notes in the company ERP system
• Recording contracts in the ERP system
• Requesting order confirmations, invoices, etc. from customers and suppliers
• Checking and controlling stock levels in the ERP system
• Supporting the sales department
• Hub function administration-purchasing-warehouse-disposition
• Contact person for customers regarding administration
• Deputizing/supporting team members of the administration
• Carrying out monthly closings
• General administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training desirable as well as professional experience in the commercial field
• Reliable and precise way of working
• Very good IT and MS Office skills
• Responsible team player with joy in dealing with people
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
• French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
