The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
As of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for the Residential Home Schönenbüel in Teufen:
Employee Atelier (60-80%)
What awaits you:
- Accompanying residents with a focus on creative design/work
- Creating written documentation
- Accompanying leisure activities, project weeks, and excursions with residents
- Active participation in markets and public events
What we expect:
- Preferably training in social pedagogy or social work, good manual skills
- Professional experience in social work, preferably in the field of people with disabilities
- Creativity
- Team orientation and humor
