CORDAG was founded in 1865 as a traditional rope-making company. The basic materials produced and processed at that time—flax, hemp, and linen—formed the basis for the various products now found in CORDAG's range.

These materials were used both for the manufacture of twine (including for butcheries), cords and ropes, as well as for woven sailcloth tarpaulins. Due to further development, elastic meat nets were created, as well as sports and protective nets and related items. The woven sailcloth tarpaulins made from natural fibres were replaced by newly developed polyester yarns with high-quality PVC coating, which are now used for versatile applications (cover tarpaulins, all kinds of canopies, covers, pool covers, etc.).

Additionally, since the beginning, these materials have been labelled, so today we offer everything from adhesives to large-format advertising from a single source.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Technical Salesperson (m/f) 100% for the Zurich, Eastern Switzerland / Midlands region.

Your Tasks

• Support and advice for our existing customers in the Zurich, Eastern Switzerland / Midlands region
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our customer base
• Technical advice and support in the selection of our products
• Preparation of offers and follow-up until completion
• Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
• Participation in trade fairs and events to present our products

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Experience in sales - field service, ideally in the technical sector
• Technical understanding and affinity for our products
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Residence in the region
• Driving licence category B
