The Institute of Tissue Medicine and Pathology at the University of Bern fulfills an important role in diagnostic services for clinics and hospitals throughout the canton of Bern. We employ around 220 staff in diagnostics, research, and teaching.

To support our team in Administration Management, we are looking for a Reception Clerk 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Friendly reception of visitors, customers, and employees
• Professional forwarding of calls and messages
• Ensuring access control and providing information to visitors
• Management of appointments and conference rooms
• Data entry and master data maintenance
• General administrative support for the Administration Management team
• Ensuring a neat and welcoming appearance of the reception areas
• Preparation of tumor boards for the pathologists
  What you bring
• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Confident good oral and written German, English, and French skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Friendly and confident demeanor
• Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information
• Very precise work and commitment
• Knowledge of terminology is an advantage
