Your tasks
<p style="text-align: justify;">The focus is on planning, coordinating, and implementing a wide variety of events - from banquets to conferences to exclusive events. In addition to supporting existing customers and acquiring new guests, close collaboration with various departments is essential to ensure smooth operations.</p><p><b>Event Management</b></p><ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Planning and coordination of events (banquets, conferences, aperitifs, etc.)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Control and quality assurance of event processes</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Post-event guest care and collecting feedback<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Sales & Customer Service</b></p><ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of regular customers</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Consulting and sales of event and hospitality services</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Preparation of offers and contracts<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Administrative Tasks</b></p><ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Processing inquiries and reservations</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Organization and maintenance of event documentation</li></ul>
