- You are independently responsible for and lead projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams or you support other project managers. This includes cross-departmental organizational, digitalization, procurement, and real estate projects.
- You plan, control, and monitor project execution and the project team and ensure that project assignments are met.
- You plan appointments, personnel resources, and budget in collaboration with the client and the project team and prepare reports on the project status.
- You coordinate internal communication to project participants and affected parties and prepare presentations and reports.
- You ensure that resources are secured and used efficiently.
- You support the head of the project management department in the further development of project management.
