Leading the night watch team with all personnel processes
Personnel planning in Polypoint PEP
Organization of the department with all service processes
Planning and adherence to the care process
Ensuring care documentation and observation phases in RAI for the collection of the exact and correctly coded care level
Professional development of the department
Ensuring a smooth workflow with all interfaces
Planning and conducting team meetings and case discussions
Planning the onboarding of new employees
Conducting location and family discussions
Performance recording of the department in IBI-Care
Participation in internal meetings and projects

Your Profile

Training as a nursing specialist HF with proven experience in palliative care
Experience in validation and kinesthetics is an advantage
Leadership experience at the team leader level
Very good communication skills
High self and social competencies
Experience with the electronic care documentation KISIM is an advantage
Good user knowledge in Office, Polypoint PEP, RAI-Soft
Experience with the care needs assessment RAI is an advantage
High service-oriented attitude and communication skills
High resilience
Pronounced empathy
