For the two school buildings Oberfeld and Höheweg in the village center of Langnau, we are looking for a substitute during the educational leave (October 12, 2026 to January 17, 2027) of the position holder.
The Höheweg school includes 5 primary classes (5th/6th multi-grade classes) and a DaZ class. The Oberfeld school includes 3 kindergarten classes and 3 classes each of 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th grades.
The Langnau school comprises about 970 students in 46 classes at 7 locations. The 4 school leaders and the school management MR organize themselves under the leadership of the overall school principal in the school management conference as an operational management body.

Tasks
As deputy to the school principal, you will operationally lead the two locations Oberfeld and Höheweg in educational, personnel, organizational, and administrative matters.
• You are responsible for school development and quality assurance.
• You represent the schools externally and are a member of the school management conference.
• You take over and process higher-level dossiers for the Langnau school by agreement.
• Further tasks by agreement
Requirements
• You are willing to engage with the people at the schools and shape the future together with them.
• We look forward to an integrative, communicative, enthusiastic, and innovative personality who leads in a goal- and solution-oriented manner.
• You have a pedagogical education and have teaching and leadership experience.
• You have completed a recognized school management training.
• Or are currently in training for it
