Team Leader 70 - 80%
Your tasks
– Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of a nursing team
– Ensuring high-quality and economical care
– Deployment planning, case coordination, and professional support of employees
– Promoting a respectful team culture and continuous development
– Close cooperation with nursing management, nursing expert, and external partners
Your profile
– Diploma in Nursing HF/FH or equivalent qualification
– Experience in the Spitex environment, ideally with leadership experience
– Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
– High social and professional competence as well as empathy
