What you will accomplish

• Manage your site: independently handle part of the work, respecting quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
• Lead your team: guide, motivate, and support the staff on site, in collaboration with the foreman.
• Ensure smooth progress of the work: organize the site, monitor the schedule, place orders, and coordinate tasks.
• Get hands-on: participate in masonry and concrete construction work (new or renovation).
• Guarantee administrative follow-up: daily reports, measurements, management reports, and hour control on Baubit.

What you need to shine

• Solid training: team leader diploma and/or mason CFC, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (a real asset).
• Proven experience in the building sector and mastery of site techniques.
• Natural leadership: you know how to motivate, lead, and create a good team dynamic.
• Comfortable with plans: you read and interpret plans and technical specifications without difficulty.
• Organized and communicative: good computer skills and a good level of French, spoken and written.
