Your Tasks

You will warmly and competently welcome our patients in our newly equipped practice rooms and be responsible for the associated administrative tasks
You work in fixed shifts (no weekends and holidays), answer telephone inquiries, and schedule patient appointments
Furthermore, you carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures such as blood draws, vaccinations, infusion therapies, and CTG
Using the hospital information system KISIM, you document all prescriptions, measures or interventions, as well as billing, and are committed to the continuous optimization of treatment processes

Your Profile

You have training as a medical practice assistant
The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
You keep an overview even in hectic moments
Conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work as well as very good IT skills are among your strengths
