YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project management and processing in the areas of energy, thermal/moisture protection,
sustainability, and acoustics (noise protection, building and room acoustics)
Creation of concepts and verifications, planning of detailed solutions, technical
consulting, conducting measurements (thermal/moisture protection, acoustics)
Processing of projects and execution details concerning structural building construction
Consulting of builders and architects
YOU HAVE a (specialist) university degree in architecture or engineering sciences.
Related training at technical schools and additional training in the field
of energy are possible several years of professional experience in the areas of building physics (concepts, calculations and
verifications, detailed planning, measurement technology, building inspections, etc.) in-depth knowledge of SIA standards (e.g. SIA 180, SIA 181, SIA 380/1, etc.), cantonal
energy laws and possibly noise protection regulations good knowledge of specialized software (e.g. Lesosai, Flixo, Sketchup, IDA ICE, WUFI, CadnaA, etc.) the attributes "team player, resilient, independent, innovative" customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting fluent German spoken and written, English is an advantage
