We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Development Office to join us and strengthen the strategic implementation power of our Executive Board. This new department will serve as a cross-functional think-and-do tank, supporting the Executive Board with strategic initiatives and enabling agile responses to emerging global challenges. The team will be based in Reinach, Baselland, Switzerland, and report directly to the CEO.

As Head of Enterprise Development, you will lead a small, high-impact team that supports the Executive Board in strategic topics, drives implementation strength, and acts as a nucleus for innovation and transformation. You will be the driving force behind our Enterprise Development Process from the corporate organization, ensuring strategic alignment, process excellence, and cultural development across all levels of the company.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Support Executive Board members in developing and refining concepts on interdisciplinary strategic topics
- Act as the PMO for the Strategic Process Board Enterprise Development (e.g., Strategy Deployment)
- Lead a small team of experienced and emerging talents with diverse professional backgrounds
- Maintain and expand internal and external networks to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange
- Drive strategic initiatives such as trend scouting for global strategy development, M&A projects, and organizational development but also coordinating the PMO for Construction projects
- Coordinate and drive the Enterprise Development Process across strategic and operational levels, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and supporting the Executive Board in leading the company
- Drive the implementation of Executive Board decisions and initiatives by translating strategic intent into actionable projects and ensuring follow-through across functions
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Bring several years of experience in strategy, transformation, or executive advisory roles in an international context
- Have strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with a hands-on implementation mindset
- Are a skilled communicator and networker who confidently navigates diverse organizational structures whether hierarchical, process-based, project-based, or network-based and adapt your approach to achieve results
- Bring the ability to test and implement new methods, tools, and formats to improve executive decision-making and execution
- Possess several years of leadership experience and enjoy developing both people and ideas
- Are fluent in German as well as in English
- Have a university degree in business, engineering, or a related field
