Finance Employee
Plantahof | 60% | Landquart
The Plantahof is a department within the Department of Economic Affairs and Social Affairs and the competence center for agricultural education and consulting in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to the agricultural vocational school, Plantahof offers various advanced courses, continuing education courses, and conferences and is responsible for comprehensive consulting for Bündner agricultural and alpine businesses and other groups involved in agricultural topics. For these purposes, it operates its own estate at four different locations, including two farm shops. Finally, it has a conference center with a boarding school, lecture hall, and a catering operation.
We are looking for a finance employee starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Mainly responsible for the timely processing and posting of supplier invoices (accounts payable)
- Managing and closing internal settlements
- Managing asset accounting
- Responsible for cash management
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Participating in budget and annual financial statements as well as internal controlling
- Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Practical experience in finance is an advantage
- Strong numerical understanding and confident use of IT applications
- Networked thinking and solution-oriented action
- Teamwork, discretion, and independence
- Openness to digitalization and interest in IT
- The general working language is German. Knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage.
