Project Manager MED (m/f) 100%
Responsibilities
- Management of projects for the development and manufacture of injection molds for medical applications
- Planning, supervision and ensuring timely and cost-effective order processing
- Creating rework or change reports
- Collaboration with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Internal project coordination with specialist departments (design, production, quality assurance and tech center)
- Risk management and addressing customer challenges during the project process
- Supporting the sales team in preparing offers and order documents as well as project processing using the ERP system
- Creating documentation and protocols
- Direct contact and support of international customers on project-specific questions
- Occasional travel activity
Requirements
- Technical education with further training at FH or HF level in the plastics sector
- Knowledge in plastics, design and toolmaking
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing projects of varying complexity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic SME environment
- Ability and talent to create new structures and develop innovative solutions
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP system
