The Private Banking Staff supports the General Director and Sales as a central support in organizational, professional, and strategic matters. In the Business Development area, you are responsible for both strategic and operational topics and actively shape the further development of Private Banking at Zürcher Kantonalbank. Your focus is on the areas of "Investing" and "Provisioning" as well as project management for the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Your tasks

Developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives in close collaboration with the management team, focusing on the topic "Investing" and accompanying the topic "Provisioning"
Responsible for the conception, control, and implementation of projects together with the business owners, including coordination and integration of topics and processes across various areas and business units
Central interface function between the management team, product management, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration within existing governance structures
Representing the interests of the business unit in bank-wide projects and ensuring their consideration in strategic decisions
Taking responsibility for operational topics within the business unit and ensuring efficient processing

Your profile

Completed studies (university/FH) in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, ideally complemented by further training in investments (e.g., CIIA, CFA)
Extensive expertise in investments as well as several years of professional experience in the project environment of a bank or in strategy consulting, preferably in the financial services sector
Strong ability for cross-departmental collaboration, combined with the strength to involve stakeholders, convince, and communicate confidently at senior level
Structured, solution-oriented, and networked working style with an eye for the big picture
High determination, perseverance, and enjoyment in completing projects efficiently and successfully
Fluent German and very good English skills
