Living & Housing «In der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes housing, care, catering by the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 140 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service, and administration. The company operates as a non-profit corporation on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

As a nursing professional, you and your colleagues are responsible for professional care and compassionate support of our residents. You also assist the certified nursing professionals in the BESA process. You are an important contact person for the residents and their relatives and contribute significantly to a smooth daily routine.

You are an open personality, have training as a Health Specialist (FaGe), and have experience in long-term care and/or acute care. For this position, it is important for us to find an active and conscious person with good empathy, a patient approach, as well as an independent and responsible working style. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working in a team and is committed to quality-conscious care.
