Main tasks:

Provide basic care, hygiene, and comfort to residents as a whole and respond to their specific needs
Support residents in their daily lives, offering help and support while respecting their personality and pace
Actively participate in their life project and contribute to their daily well-being
Promote a warm and respectful environment conducive to their development
Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal and harmonious care

Profile sought

Swiss Red Cross health auxiliary certificate or equivalent qualification
Completed the "Good Practices in Care Delegation" training
Minimum 2 years confirmed experience in geriatrics/EMS
Comfortable with people suffering from cognitive disorders and show genuine interest in the elderly
Impeccable hospital hygiene
Dynamic, open, and attentive personality
Ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team
Comfortable working in a team
Demonstrate listening skills, empathy, patience, and kindness
Fluent in spoken and written French
Adaptability and flexibility
Sense of responsibility
Knowledge of Sadies DIR is a plus
