• You lead and coach the employees at our Steffisburg location with empathy and clarity and ensure a high level of service quality
• You are responsible for promoting and further developing your team and establishing a positive performance culture that sustainably secures team success
• You are the face of the Steffisburg location – with your personality you shape the local identity, are the driving force behind our local events, and maintain our regional network
• You identify growth potentials and continuously develop the business throughout the entire catchment area
• You build long-term customer relationships, manage your own portfolio, and actively shape the Thun region to locally anchor our vision "We inspire sustainably"

• You are a strong leader with several years of successful banking experience and are firmly rooted in Steffisburg / the Thun region
• You are a communicative talent who enjoys representing, inspiring people, and convincing as the face of the location
• Serving demanding customers is nothing new to you, brings you great joy, and you value high service quality
• You bring a strong, authentic personality, like to take initiative yourself, think entrepreneurially, and are always curious
