Welcome to the Regensdorf Finance Department, where as head of finance and accounting you not only manage but shape things - also in job sharing with a partner. Because our current head is leaving us to take the next step in their career, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements and planning as well as coordinating the budget.🧮 Additionally, you are responsible for the payroll of the entire municipality and ensure consistent asset accounting. If you are not yet fully confident in one area: no problem – we are happy to support you in onboarding and further development. And because you understand not only numbers but also people, you lead our well-coordinated team of five clerks with foresight, empathy, and a clear stance.

What we wish for:
You have a commercial basic education in your backpack🎒 (preferably in a municipality), have further trained in finance and ideally in leadership topics – and bring experience in the public sector🏬. You think in networks, stay calm in the storm, and ideally also find your way around specialist applications such as Abacus, Innosolv, and CMI without any problems. Your communication is appreciative, your appearance clear – and your Excel spreadsheet always tidy.📁
