At the heart of the recruitment process, you ensure administrative coordination with rigor and responsiveness. From publishing job offers to their dissemination on social networks, you ensure their visibility. You manage applications attentively, respond to service requests, and support each step with precision. You handle essential administrative tasks, such as mail processing, correspondence writing, and electronic filing. You make sure everything runs smoothly, simply and efficiently.Desired profile:You have a commercial maturity or equivalent training, enriched by a few years of experience in a similar role. If, in addition, you hold an HR manager certificate, it is a real asset that we will value. Your writing skills and impeccable spelling demonstrate your professionalism. You are familiar with computer tools and use them naturally.
