- Leading the Run & Train department
- Competent and friendly customer advice (multi-service)
- Confident handling of the cash register system
- Ensuring sales readiness through complete assortments, order, and cleanliness
- Processing new goods and integrating them into the merchandising system
- Handling goods issues (customer orders, transfers, etc.)
- Supporting the implementation of guidelines in the department
- Basic training in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sporting goods industry
- Sales experience in the sports sector as well as a strong affinity for running. Ideally, you regularly participate in runs yourself
- Flawless German skills as well as good French skills
- Reliability and conscientiousness
- Honest and respectful interaction with employees and supervisors
- Resilience in dealing with special sales situations and hectic conditions
