Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Kelleramt-Albis, a successful and locally focused bank headquartered in Oberlunkhofen with a branch office in Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a personality as a private customer advisor.

• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio
• Ensuring competent advice on financing issues (housing) as well as standardized advice on investment and retirement planning topics
• Developing needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and representative tasks

• Completed banking training or comparable education as well as further training in finance
• In-depth expertise in the areas of investing, retirement planning, and financing
• Good communication skills, high social competence, teamwork, and flexibility
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial working style with a strong customer and sales orientation
