- You have successfully completed training as a road builder EFZ or comparable and further training as a foreman
- You have several years of professional experience in construction management and road construction
- You have leadership experience and organizational talent
- You can operate general small machines safely
- You have good oral and written German skills
- You have a driver's license category BE (including trailer)
- A responsible and varied activity including leadership tasks
- Work locations around Aarau and into the Seetal, Aargau
