About the job
From our locations in Germany, England, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, and Ireland, we offer a wide range of relocation solutions. Our range of services covers all steps of a move: from packing and transporting household goods to support with the immigration process, finding accommodation, and settling in at the new location, to terminating existing contracts and returning the rental property in case of another relocation. The goal is to enable our customers to have a smooth and stress-free relocation.
For our "Para-Hotellerie" department (management of furnished units, furniture rental, additional services in the FF&E area), we are looking for an entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, communicative personality as
Your Tasks
- Customer acquisition in new customer segments and expansion of existing customer relationships
- P&L responsibility for the unit, which already generates CHF 8 million and is to grow strongly
- Development of existing products as well as market introduction of additional services as part of our diversification strategy
- Management of day-to-day business with a team of currently 15 employees
- Optimization of furniture procurement and logistics
- Design and implementation of the digital transformation strategy
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have experience and a network in the Swiss real estate scene or the hotel/para-hotel industry
- Several years of experience in a management position with P&L responsibility
- Proven success in expanding a business area
- Solid sales and marketing expertise and a pronounced sense for interior design and stylistic nuances
- Strong digital-first mindset and the ability to confidently lead companies and teams through digital transformation processes
- Languages: German & English (fluent), Swiss German desirable, French an advantage
