Molding Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Molding Specialist, you actively shape the production process of our injection molding machines – from converting and optimizing to supervising complex automation systems during production. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, quality is at the highest level, and processes are continuously improved. Your ideas and technical know-how take our injection molding production to the next level!
More about the role:
- Maintaining quantity and quality in molding.
- Detaching robot and picker removals.
- Setting up and converting the entire injection molding machine with removal and automation.
- Conducting sampling of tools and materials in collaboration with the specialist departments.
- Error analysis on injection molded parts and tools. Coordination of optimization possibilities with toolmaking.
- Maintenance and documentation of processes and tools (e.g., "Planet").
- Participation in projects, new tools, and process optimizations.
- Support in training and further development in the field of plastics technology.
- Implementation of 5S and Lean principles in production.
More about you:
- Completed training as a plastics technologist or several years of professional experience as a plastics technologist in injection molding production.
Experience in injection molding, handling technical materials, and complex processes.
High quality awareness.
Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
Good organizational and self-management skills.
Flexibility in working hours / willingness to work shifts.
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
- Confident user knowledge of MS Office.
