About the job
Your tasks- Professional and organizational leadership of apprentices in polymechanics EFZ and production mechanics EFZ at the Biel site
- Planning, implementation, and further development of training programs according to current educational regulations
- Conducting basic mechanical training including inter-company courses (üK)
- Coordination and monitoring of all training processes to ensure training objectives
- Organization and operation of the training workshop infrastructure, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in polymechanics EFZ with a focus on manufacturing as well as further training as a trainer or üK course instructor
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and solid knowledge in vocational training
- Very good knowledge of CNC programming (preferably Heidenhain and Fanuc)
- Solid experience in the CAM area (preferably Open Mind Hyper MILL), as well as application experience in CAD and ERP systems
- Pedagogical skills, strong communication skills, as well as an independent and structured way of working
