In the context of the introduction of a new ERP system, we are looking for an experienced accountant for the operational day-to-day business of the Swiss company, so that the team can fully focus on the ERP implementation project.
Fixed-term: 6–10 months (with possibility of permanent employment)
Workload: 80–100%

This is the job – Your main tasks
Managing the general ledger for Switzerland including account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as support with the annual closing
Co-responsibility and management of accounts receivable including dunning and receivables management.
Responsibility for the value-added tax accounting
Regular preparation of various evaluations and statistics as well as participation in ad-hoc analyses
This job is for you if
You have training in accounting/finance & accounting (e.g., FH/Bachelor or equivalent).
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in operational accounting (general ledger & financial statements), ideally in the Swiss environment.
You work carefully and structured and have a high degree of independence, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Besides German (at least C1-), you also have good knowledge of English (at least B2-).
