In our large TigerEnte house, we care for children on three floors from 3 months old up to and including kindergarten.
Frog Group: 3 - 18 months
Duck Group: 19 months to 2.5 years
Tiger Group: 2.5 - 3 years
Bear Group: 3 years up to and including kindergarten age
As support, we are looking for a childcare professional with EFZ or an equivalent diploma by arrangement.
Together with an existing team, you will accompany - in the role of co-educator or group leader - up to 12 children per day.
These are your tasks:
- Co-responsible for the acclimatization of new children
- Care, nursing, and age-appropriate promotion of the children entrusted to us
- Participation in support meetings about the children's development
- Planning a varied daily routine for the children according to our socio-pedagogical principles
- Planning, designing, and conducting activities with the children according to the weekly plan
- Organizing and conducting walks
- Active and open collaboration in the team, with parents, and the public
- Participation in household areas
- Active participation in team meetings
- Co-responsible for guiding and leading the group team
We maintain a family-like and appreciative atmosphere in the team and are looking for a person who is willing to engage in the team and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
This characterizes you:
- Completed training as FaBeK or equivalent diploma
- Pedagogically skilled
- Professional experience and good knowledge of the German language are prerequisites
- Joy and enthusiasm for working with children
- You are flexible and resilient
- You show initiative and are creative in working with children
- You work independently and structured
- You are aware of your responsibility
- You do your profession with passion
