One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. Your Challenge
- Independent initiation and management of development projects in the field of nursing
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of concepts
- Bringing in expertise in direct nursing in the sense of Advanced Practice Nursing
- Support of the nursing teams in the residential areas with various focuses
- Conducting internal training sessions
- Coaching and promoting employees and entire teams
- Personal development
Our Desired Profile
- Master of Science in Nursing or currently studying
- Professional experience in nursing
- A professional focus in geriatrics is desirable
- Flexibility and initiative
- Structured and organized way of working
- Carefulness in collaboration with employees and residents
