Job Description

• Welcome customers according to the establishment's standards
• Develop the cocktail menu in close collaboration with the Head Bartender
• Prepare drinks & cocktails offered according to seasons and events
• Create a privileged relationship with customers
• Provide quality advice to customers, take orders and ensure drink service
• Be able to advise the customer 
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Training in catering
• Additional Bar qualification
• Proven experience in a similar position in a high-end establishment
• Excellent knowledge of service techniques and drinks
• Excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French and English is essential
