As a deputy, you support the managing director in the overall business management of the operation. For this responsible role, we specifically invest in your introduction. In the first months, you will learn the processes and workflows at all levels.
You have developed your expertise and leadership skills through various positions in the gastronomy sector. A completed apprenticeship as well as further education in gastronomy are advantageous for this position. You love direct guest contact and active collaboration with your team, but you also enjoy working with common IT programs and are not afraid of administrative tasks.
Your colorful buffet consists of:
- Leading and promoting the entire front team, approx. 8 - 10 employees
- Host with passion
- Active participation in the operational business
- Completing daily administrative tasks
- Scheduling and monitoring working hours
- Preparing daily reports
- Directly representing the management in case of absences
- Supporting the management in the overall business management of the operation
