Operations Manager Indoor Pool (100%)

Your impact with us

• Operational management of the indoor pool team in personnel, financial, and organizational areas
• Supervision of pool operations
• Work planning
• Cashier service, customer support
• Technical maintenance of facilities and buildings
• Implementation of cleaning and hygiene concepts
• Monitoring of the water treatment system and analysis of water samples

Your qualifications

• Practical experience as a certified lifeguard with igba competency certificate
• Successfully completed lifeguard course (BAKU) by igba or willingness to obtain it
• Valid igba Swiss lifeguard certificate or SLRG Pro Pool as well as BLS/AED certificate • Completed technical apprenticeship
• Leadership experience
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Excellent social skills, a high service orientation, and a courteous demeanor
