• Personnel and professional leadership of a team with around 20 employees
• Responsibility for designing and further developing the care process as well as performance recording (RAI)
• Individual and professional care and support of our 14 residents with dementia and 9 residents in long-term care
• Co-responsibility for the training and supervision of our apprentices and HF students

• Completed vocational training at tertiary level (HF/FH or DN II)
• Ideally, you have further training in leadership
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
