Automation Technician – Group Leader Electrical Pre-Assembly Mechanics – Well-Known International Company – Goal Permanent Position
Activities
- Technical leadership of a team of up to six employees
- Initiation, coordination, and supervision of projects in the field of electrical pre-assembly
- Responsibility for the mechanical assembly of electrical pre-assembly units
- Close collaboration and coordination with the departments of engineering, purchasing, and logistics
- Support of employees with technical questions and uncertainties
- Regular coordination with group and team management to ensure smooth processes
- Planning, organizing, and preparing upcoming tasks
- Training and professional instruction of new employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably as an Automation Technician EFZ or Automation Assembler EFZ
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills and high flexibility
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (requirement)
- Quality-conscious, reliable, and structured working style
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Ideally experience with the schematic software E3
