Your talents and experience

• Support of HR interfaces to ensure flawless data flows and data quality between HR tools
• Coordination of HR projects related to system adjustments
• Implementation and support of automation and digitization projects of HR processes
• Quality management to ensure data quality and data integrity in the areas of HR administration and payroll
• Responsibility for HR data management in Switzerland – from preparation and analysis to quality assurance and provision for internal and external stakeholders
• Building a cloud-based HR data platform (Snowflake / DBT) for consolidation, provision, and further processing of personnel data

Your talents and experience

• Completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable fields of study
• Knowledge in handling HR systems (Workday / SAP HR) and databases is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Confident handling of Microsoft applications including Powerapp
• Familiar with programming languages SQL and Python
• Knowledge of project management tools and methods desired
• Analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving skills
• Positive, integrative, and team-oriented personality
• Independent, structured working style
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
