Your talents and experience
- Support of HR interfaces to ensure flawless data flows and data quality between HR tools
- Coordination of HR projects related to system adjustments
- Implementation and support of automation and digitization projects of HR processes
- Quality management to ensure data quality and data integrity in the areas of HR administration and payroll
- Responsibility for HR data management in Switzerland – from preparation and analysis to quality assurance and provision for internal and external stakeholders
- Building a cloud-based HR data platform (Snowflake / DBT) for consolidation, provision, and further processing of personnel data
Your talents and experience
- Completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable fields of study
- Knowledge in handling HR systems (Workday / SAP HR) and databases is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Confident handling of Microsoft applications including Powerapp
- Familiar with programming languages SQL and Python
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods desired
- Analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving skills
- Positive, integrative, and team-oriented personality
- Independent, structured working style
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
