Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a non-profit organization. With around 125 employees at three locations, we fulfill the service mandate for eleven political municipalities. The city of Kreuzlingen, as well as the municipalities of Altnau, Berlingen, Bottighofen, Ermatingen, Gottlieben, Langrickenbach, Lengwil, Münsterlingen, Salenstein, and Tägerwilen, are our catchment area.
We care for and support residents in cases of illness, accident, psychological issues, disability, and overload situations.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for Spitex Region Kreuzlingen for a personality as
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (30-80%)
Your future tasks include
- Basic and treatment care for clients at home
- Consultation and support of relatives
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with complementary services
- Case management and Inter-Rai HC
- Possible specialization in dementia or palliative care
You bring with you
- Studies as a nursing specialist at HF/FH level or comparable SRK-recognized training
- Willingness to take responsibility to contribute to the development and design of outpatient care at the highest professional level.
- Independent, precise, and responsible way of working
- Social and communicative strength
- Reliability to professionally support complex care situations with your expertise and in the interdisciplinary team.
- Experience in handling electronic work tools (Perigon is our software on the tablet at the client’s location and PC stations with Windows etc. at the site)
- Driver’s license category B and own vehicle
- Team spirit and joy in advancing Spitex together
