What you will do here
- Conduct research and in-situ investigations on existing and potential impacts of climate change on selected architectural monuments in the research project " Cultural Heritage Climate Resilience! "
- Independently carry out data collection, documentation, and interval monitoring on case studies in Switzerland within the framework of the developed overall concept
- Prepare results in a target group-oriented manner, advise stakeholders, and actively support them
This position will be filled twice. The interviews will take place on December 8, 2025, in Bern.
What you ideally bring with you
- MA in Conservation-Restoration of Architecture and Furnishings
- Experience in restoration assessment of multi-material buildings and in recording and interpreting climate-related building physics data
- Competence in evaluating any need for action regarding climate-related damage potential, result documentation, and monitoring concept
- Willingness to be mobile, strong communication skills, and high independence
- Very good knowledge of German and French and good knowledge of English
