Customer Consulting Energy Communities and Grid Connection (all)

• You take over the professional advice of our customers and are the central contact point for technical and entrepreneurial questions regarding energy communities such as self-consumption associations (ZEV) and local electricity communities (LEG)
• You competently, clearly, and solution-orientedly answer network-specific inquiries and feedback both by phone and in writing
• You design training and informational materials, conduct internal training sessions, and thus promote knowledge exchange
• You take care of the registrations of energy communities and ensure their timely processing
• Documenting customer contacts as well as coordinating relevant information with internal departments also belong to your responsibilities

• You have completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical fitter EFZ, or a completed degree (university/FH) in a technical field
• You have professional experience in customer consulting, ideally in a regulated environment or in the energy sector
• You understand legal and regulatory requirements and can explain them appropriately to the target audience
• With your high customer affinity and clear, empathetic communication, you manage to build trust even in challenging situations, manage expectations, and create sustainable relationships
• You are familiar with tools such as CRM and IS-U and can use them effectively
• You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even with complex topics, and find practical solutions
