About the job
As a public SPITEX organization of the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi, we care for and support people at home – with heart and professional competence. As a leader for our nursing team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Team Leader Nursing (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You lead the team of around 25 employees (approx. 15 full-time equivalents) appreciatively and cooperatively
- You are responsible for duty/holiday planning and actively participate in deployment planning
- You actively support the regionally structured assessment team with needs assessments according to interRAI HC, care planning and as a contact person for relatives and third parties
- About one third of your workload you are directly deployed at our clients' homes (assessment + consultation, treatment and basic care)
- You implement medical prescriptions and enjoy working in the interdisciplinary team
- Together with our nursing management and the logistics & infrastructure management, you ensure smooth daily operations and high care quality
Your profile:
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH or have an equivalent education
- You have leadership training and bring initial leadership experience in nursing
- You have already gained SPITEX experience, ideally have the interRAI-HC certification training or are willing to complete this further training
- You have a benevolent, positively shaped, respectful approach to clients, employees and third parties
- You are communicative, responsible, curious, loyal and humorous
- You have a category B driving license and travel with your own car
