Spitex is a key pillar in outpatient healthcare. As a recognized service provider, it connects people and professional fields. In the canton of Thurgau, 14 Spitex organizations with different areas of activity in the field of training are joining forces. They are taking the step to strengthen the HF nursing training within the framework of a training network. For the establishment, operation, and management of this training network, in close cooperation with the Spitex Association Thurgau, we are looking for a competent and proactive personality as of 01.03.2026 as
Training Manager Nursing for the Spitex Training Network

Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the training network and the HF nursing training for the affiliated organizations
- Close cooperation with member and partner organizations
- Ensuring the framework conditions for good HF/FH nursing training in Spitex in collaboration with the member organizations and the Spitex Association
- Coordination, initiation, and maintenance of cooperation with other care sectors
Your profile:
- Completed tertiary-level education (HF/FH) in nursing
- Professional experience as a training manager and 600 hours of pedagogical training
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Organizational talent
