For its preschool sector (EVE de Champagne - 39-place nursery), the Foundation for the Reception of Children of Grandson and Surroundings is looking for a:
Structure Manager at 80%
Missions and responsibilities
Ensure the administrative management and organization of the structure while respecting the legal framework and the Foundation's internal directives/procedures
Ensure the financial management of the structure's operating budgets
Supervise and manage the educational teams, apprentices/interns, and other staff while respecting the Foundation's institutional values
Plan, organize, and lead the weekly team meetings as well as extraordinary meetings and individual interviews
Guarantee the quality of the educational care of the children by ensuring, in particular, the proper application of the educational project by the educational teams and its evolution according to the children's needs
Create a trust relationship with families
Work in collaboration with the managers of other structures, sector managers, and the Foundation's management
Actively participate in the reflection and continuous development of the function, be a source of proposals
Desired profile
Title of childhood educator ES or social educator ES/HES
CAS in team management and project management in early childhood required
Holder of the corporate trainer training (FEE) and experience in supervising ASE interns and apprentices
The CAS Trainer in professional practice ES is an asset
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar position
Sense of responsibility, able to manage unforeseen situations and adaptability
Possessing proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of common computer tools
Special conditions
Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)
